F. Tara (Gladchuck) Noce, age 81 of Riverside, beloved mother, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013 at her home in Riverside CT., with her loving family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on June 16, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Stephan and Michalena (Marcinczyk) Gladchuck. She was married to Genaro Noce who passed away December 17, 2004. Tara lived a good portion of her life in Bridgeport. She was the VP of the Eastern Division of Paine Webber as well as Director for the Office of Development Administration for the City of Bridgeport. Tara was one of the original “Garlic-ettes” and an integral part of the annual Garlic festival of Notre Dame High School in Fairfield, CT for 10 years. She was heavily involved in her faith and was a lecturer as well as administer of the Eucharist for her church. Tara was also a member of The National Shrine of The Divine Mercy. Tara is survived by her loving children: daughter Sharon Capparelle and husband Jim of Greenwich, CT; son Vincent DeFelice of Trumbull CT; daughter Judee (Jay) Szymansky and husband Bill of Oxford, CT; daughter Denise Doty and husband Matt of Gaffney, SC; son David DeFelice and wife Betsy of Sandwich, MA; daughter Smokey Regan and husband Dan of Naugatuck, CT., as well as her loving 18 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother and sister, Chet Gladchuck and Jean Barry respectively. Tara was beyond doubt a God loving faithful woman who was full of grace and style. She was loved by all her knew her and will be truly missed. Friends and family are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM DIRECTLY in St. Stephen Church, 6948 Main St., Trumbull with a Mass of the Christian Burial. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Rte., 25, Newtown, CT. Friends and family may call on Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Parente-Lauro Funeral Home, 559 Washington Ave., Bridgeport. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to The National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, 2 Prospect Hill, Stockbridge, MA 01262.
